Occupancy is based on table and chair seating. Theater seating increases occupancy capacity.
If a caterer from our Preferred Caterer List is not used, the following catering fee will be added: $395.00 for The Garden Place, $295.00 for the Emigration Room and Pioneer Center, $195.00 for all other buildings.
We allow alcohol at our venues. We require that one of the bartenders from our preferred list is used. There is an additional $250 fee to have alcohol at This Is The Place.
