Four Day Camps for Youth
ages 6-11

Pioneer Adventures
Step back in time and experience pioneer life! Campers care for farm animals, ride ponies, attend pioneer school, pull handcarts, create pioneer crafts, and much much more.

Backstage at the Park
Entertaining cast members teach the campers our village musical “Utah, Welcome Home”. Learn to sing, dance and perform from our incredibly talented instructors.

Art in the Park
Learn about pioneer artists and see the CCA Christensen panorama of pioneer life. Campers paint landscapes, make a panorama, mold miniature monuments in clay and participate in other art and village experiences.

Four Day Apprenticeships
ages 14 & up
Become a Blacksmith
Be an apprentice to our Village Blacksmith.
Become a Cabinet Maker
Be an apprentice to our Village Cabinet Maker.
Become a Spinner
Learn how to spin wool with our Village Spinner.
Hours for apprenticeships:
Monday thru Thursday 1:00 PM-4:00 PM

Pioneer Tea Party
You are all invited to a tea party! Learn pioneer manners, churn butter, play games and enjoy eating pioneer treats. Great to use as a Birthday Party!
Hours: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Cost: $20 per person or
$15 with This Is The Place Membership
